<p>The Hotforge 12cm Quickdraw 6-pack from Black Diamond is a set of six well thought-out sport climbing draws of the very latest generation, because Black Diamond has revised the carabiners and reissued them with a lot of technical finesse.</p><p>The hot forged construction of the two Hotforge carabiners provides super breaking load values at low weight. By reworking the material distribution they get a larger rope contact area on the large carabiner side, so that they are more gentle on the rope and more durable at the same time.</p><p>The small carabiner side is deliberately kept narrow to reduce the twisting of the carabiner in the sling, and of course the curved carabiner is also equipped with twist protection. The keylock lugs prevent the rope from getting caught and thus enable super handling.</p><p>The two Hotforge carabiners are connected by a robust 18 mm sling. Great for sport climbing and versatile enough for one alpine route or another.</p><div><br></div>
