Description

With the epix™ Sapphire GPS watch, Garmin delivers a top-class multisport watch. Its range of functions is essentially the same as its cousin, the fēnix® 7, but it has an exclusive display that makes it even easier for you to orientate yourself on your adventures or to keep track of your top performances.

Garmin has built an extremely high-resolution AMOLED display with sapphire glass into the watch. The display is razor-sharp and displays bright, rich colours, which is great when you're orientating yourself on the topographical maps, for example. Thanks to the sapphire crystal, the titanium bezel now used, and the high-quality workmanship, the watch can withstand any challenge. In addition, the display has a touchscreen function that significantly improves handling.

In Smartwatch mode, the battery of the epix™ Sapphire GPS watch lasts 16 days (6 days with Always-On setting); if you are on the move with GPS, the battery lasts 42 hours (30 hours with Always-On setting); and with the Expedition GPS mode, you are even on the move for a whole 14 days.

Thanks to the optimised heart rate measurement on the wrist, you get an even more accurate training picture. In addition, you can evaluate your data extensively after training. Based on your physiological measurements, you can find out your training status, your training effects, recovery times and more. By analysing your Stamina residual energy, you know how much you can still push yourself or whether you need a break. Of course, it also looks at the rest of your day and your sleep, giving you a comprehensive overview of your health.

Of course, the epix™ Sapphire GPS watch also comes with 65+ sports and outdoor apps, as well as topographic maps to help you find your way outdoors. You can also download the maps and save them directly to the watch. And, of course, it also works with Garmin Pay™ and Garmin Music. With the Garmin app, you also get animated workouts, evaluation graphics and the Garmin Coach.
