<p>Landmannalaugar - Laugavegur - Þórsmörk - Fimmvörðuháls</p><p>The hikes along Laugavegur and over Fimmvörðuháls are not only among the most popular trekking tours in Iceland, but are also among the most beautiful multi-day hikes in the world. On no other route is it possible to experience the scenic diversity of the Icelandic highlands. This 6-day hike between Landmannalaugar and Skógar also passes through the Fjallabak and Þórsmörk nature reserves, where additional stops are worthwhile for day hikes or short excursions.</p><p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">If you don't want the detailed route description of a hiking guide, we recommend that you at least take a hiking map with you. Weather changes can happen at any time and you should always know where you are (especially in an emergency), as most accidents happen due to disorientation and unsuitable equipment.</span></p><p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">This small brochure is the perfect companion on the hike between Landmannalaugar and Skógar. In addition to some useful information, it contains seven hiking maps (five of which are double-sided) at a scale of 1:50,000. The hiking map is easy to read and with the help of the GPS points listed, you can navigate to the next hut if visibility is poor. The brochure is extremely light at only around 20 grams, has a handy format of 12 x 21 cm and is printed on waterproof paper.</span></p>
